Insurance & Billing Information

Whether or not you have insurance, our providers will be happy to assess and treat your issue. We offer discounted Self-Pay fees. The fees are tiered based on the severity of the issue and associated testing and treatment. Payments by credit card, check, or cash are welcome.  Any returned/NSF check will incur a $35.00 fee.

We are in the process of credentialing with additional insurance companies to be considered in-network. We can still treat you out-of-network. Please call us at 570.800.5926 for coverage inquiries.
We do not accept any out-of-state Medical Access/Medicaid coverage.

Please Note: Some network payers/policies/plans do not cover any urgent care visits, non-emergent urgent care visits, or visits when out of your primary coverage area.  If you choose to accept care at our facility, you may be responsible for the entire cost of the visit if denied by your insurance company.

Co-Pays and prior balances are due before being seen by any of our providers.

Self-Pay patient balances are due upon check out.
